Gartien Mid-Autumn Edition Pineapple Tart

Once again, I have been tasted my favorite pineapple tart from Gartien.

Now only I noticed their recipe have been changed, and even now more tastier.

Btw, was told that their shop have been moved to Penang Road, just to make sure customers have free parking… so good. :-)

My friend told me that, their pineapple is came from Nibong Tebal, which is higher quality than others.

The tart is tasty, the taste is original as pineapple taste, without add on any MSG.

No additional ingredient  add on just to extend the lifespan, that’s why their tart cannot keep for longer period.

They’re also slowly cook the pineapple until the best texture for the pineapple.

So now Gartien comes out special package for Mid-Autumn Edition.

The sweetness is just nice, my friend who dislike over-sweet food also like to eat Gartien pineapple tart.

Texture of the pineapple inside so soft and the taste is delicious and full with pineapple aroma when u are chewing it.

The soft tart skin is just thin layer that cover up the pineapple.

Can feel that they have work hard to maintain their best quality of the food.

With the Mid-Autumn coming soon, their packaging design also changed.

Last year when I visited Taiwan, bought pineapple tart (凤梨酥) as souvenir. 
After eaten the handmade pineapple tart, it's my favourite food.
From time to time, keep on taste on local pineapple tart, but none of the stalls are selling the taste that I like.
Intro by friend, tasted pineapple tart from Gartien.. Marvellous... That's the taste and tart am looking at.. YoHoo...

The taste is even better than handmade pineapple tart from Taiwan.
It's not so sweet, just nice.
the pineapple inside is delicious and full with pineapple aroma when u chew the ingredient.

The soft tart skin is just thin layer that cover up the pineapple.

With the Chinese New Year prosperity design on the packaging, value added on this pineapple tart. This year 2014 the theme for Gartien is Peony /Mudan Flower /牡丹. New packaging designs - Elegant looking red & gold gift box, Chinese ink painting of ‘mudan flowers’ on its individual packing.
